Do not hire this company, vert unprofessional, I had an appointment at 10am . I specifically ask them to call when they were on their way but no one called. I had to call them after I did not hear from anyone to make sure there was no call no show so I wouldn’t waste my time. The company operator stated there was an hour window that they did not explain window 10am-11am. Finally when their contractor arrived I still did not receive a call that he arrived (Carlos). He knocked on the door but didn’t call. Anyone could be in the house but not hear knocking at the door. Even tho you estimate you will arrive in 20 minutes why not call and say knocked at the door no response so that is why I am calling. The operator said to me I had a bad attitude for questioning why was I not called to be informed someone was in the way and not telling me about the hour window and the contractor did not call when he arrived. Very bad customer service and unprofessional. If you do not want to waste your time go with a different company. I will also be informing Angis. I can see why this company is not rated 5 starts. Very rude and inconsiderate

They were quick, finished ahead of schedule, came early and work was completed as expected. They were courteous, professional and safe. They made sure the work to be done was clear before starting any work. I will use them again.

This is an updated review. During the project I would have given them 5 stars across the board. They were fantastic in every single way and blew away all my expectations, but as the project came to the end, it was the complete opposite. Missing entire weeks of work, leaving exposed nails in the floor, and not keeping to their word were just a few of the things that went wrong. I’m not sure if our project was too large, or if they simply lost interest but by the end of the project I was close to firing them. Now a few months after the project things are falling apart, breaking, coming undone, you name it. The quality is abysmal and I’m honestly worried about every job they did in my house since the work has not held up at all. I am by no means a handyman, but I have fixed countless items all over and have a large list still to go. This is very upsetting as they were treated like family when in my home and sadly their work doesn’t reflect this. I will likely need to replace the hardwood floors they newly installed in my kitchen, on top of several other projects I have tackled on my own as I simply can’t afford to spend anymore money on poor workmanship. I most likely will need to hire someone to come in and check much of their work, luckily the projects they brought in outside help for, are holding up, but I won’t hold my breath. I’d look elsewhere as I sadly can’t stand by their work at all, after being such a major believer in them at the start. I thought about contacting Carlos before writing this review but I told them multiple times during the final weeks of work that they needed a wake up call and let this be it.

Service and communication was great. Working with Carlos was a breeze. Would definitely hire for our other projects in the house.

I was very pleased with their work. They are a family business and provide the type of service you would hope for from a small operation. First, I was pleased with their availability. I had collected quotes from other businesses--none of them were able to fit me in their schedule over several weeks. Carlos coordinated them coming by on a weekend to provide an estimate and then scheduled the work to be done within just a few days. As far as the quality of work, I had a fairly complicated project: installing a 125-lb. farmhouse sink as part of a kitchen remodel. They erected the structure I needed to support that weight, they handled a plumbing issue (which, frankly, a prior plumber had missed). And then they made sure that everything was level. I would definitely hire them again for a project.

Work was completed on time. Any and all questions were answered. Extra jobs were added and completed with very fair pricing.

It was wonderful, very good job, I would definitely like for them to come back and fix the problem. I would recommend them.
