Description of Work: The 3 weeks remodeling First floor of our house,3 rooms and a bath, took 3 months, cost ud additional 400 for storage of our stuff in a on site PackRat storage container and finally the contractor left without completing the job. We send the notice to Adrian, Owner/Manager and gave him a week to complete the job other wise the contract is Noll. He never showed up. We paid more than 2/3 of the project. | |The work is very poorly done. Non of the walls are straight, they lean one way or another. The varnish on the resurfaced hardwood floor is peeling off and there are a few spot that wasn't even varnished at all after sanding the hard wood floor and applying the first coat.
