NEVER AGAIN! Customer service is lacking to say the least. I searched around for a dumpster rental to clean out my basement. I chose Junk King because of the ratings and the fact that they try to recycle the items rather than dump them. I have plenty of things that I knew they could indeed recycle and give to charity of whatever. Booking was easy and I scheduled for saturday MORNING! I notified the people that I had to help me load the dumpster to be here saturday morning. When overtime was offered at work for saturday, I declined and I rescheduled an appointment at Dept of Motor Vehicles. Today, saturday morning we are all here and ready!! We waited and nothing. I then get a call from Chris Jones. He says they were unloading the dumpster they had and I was next on the list and they would be here around 1115am. Now I'm mad because we have been here and ready since 9am. My so called MORNING appointment is now looking to be afternoon which I did not book for and I am holding my people up. Come 1215pm, an hour past the time I was told he would be here, I have not heard from him and my people are leaving. I call Junk King to cancel. The person at customer service was nice and asked me if I wanted him to call to see what the hold up was. I declined. The person who told me he would be here at 1115a should have called me and let me know what was happening. I told them to cancel the dumpster and refund my card. As soon as I hung up with customer service, I received a email for the cancellation and then my door bell rings. I answer and I tell the driver that I just cancelled the dumpster. He says to me, "oh I was going to give you an extra $50 off"....REALLY?!?! I explained how my people who were going to help me load the dumpster are now gone, I rescheduled a MVA appointment AND, I turned down 10 hours of overtime at work!!!! What exactly is 50 bucks going to do for me at this point?? All he could say was sorry about that, jumped in his truck and sped away. So now I am back to square one. I basement full of stuff and overtime money lost. Not to mention I now have to find another dumpster company and hope my friends want to help me out again once I do get one. My Junk King experience was not a very good one!!

We are downsizing. My house has been in my family for 70 years. You can imagine the amount of junk in our garage and basement. I called junk king but they were not expecting the amount of work that day. They told me it would take 4 trucks. They gave me a quote of a little over 1900 including senior citizen, multi-truck, and Angie's list discount. We negotiated that they could come back on Saturday when they had more time and would give me another discount that I negotiated them down to. Overall I appreciate that I didn't have to rent a truck myself and that they were flexible on price. I would use them again.

Was pleased with their responsiveness to my schedule and seeking to accommodate my needs. They weren't the lowest price but they were the most reliable and professional in accommodating my project. Would use again.

The two young men who came to haul away our very heavy TV were real troopers. They did not complain, and they sure worked hard carrying the monster of a TV up basement stairs and down some front stairs. I appreciate that Junk King came just one day after I called and they arrived on time.

Junk King people were efficient and inexpensive compared to some of the bigger names in hauling.

Rodney and Malik were great! I originally scheduled them about a week in advance, but my plans changed last minute, and I had to reschedule. They came to pick up my couch within just half an hour of me calling them to reschedule! I really appreciated the fast and reliable service. Junk King Baltimore gave me the lowest quote out of everyone in the area, and I paid what was quoted. They were very responsive, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend!

Submitted an Angie's List online quote request late Wed night to Junk King. Eric responded the next morning and got us on the schedule for a Friday pickup. Great price and timely. Emailed receipt. Will use them again.

They notified me when they'd arrive. Got the job done quickly. Were professional and courteous. I would hire them again. They did all the hauling, my husband instructed them what to take out. They removed items from all the floors in my home including the basement and made no small damages (dings on the walls).

Went very well. Had a small glitch in scheduling and even with that they were able to work within the parameters. Both Eric and Asst. were as polite and courteous as could be and would use m and recommend them again.

They showed up about 30 minutes after the time window I was given when I scheduled the job because if a previous job that ran long. Other than that, the men were courteous and efficient. They price quoted below includes a discount for Angie’s Lust customers.

The Junk King team was great. They called me before they came and let me know when they would be here. When they got here they reviewed the items and discussed the price. They even applied the current promotion so I didn't have to ask for a discount. They were very friendly, courteous and made sure check in with me several times to make sure they had gotten everything. In the end - they made sure to sweep up and tidy up anything that had been disturbed and checked to make sure I was happy with the service.
