Could not have gone better. Jim and JEK Painting are the best painters we have used. They have a full understanding of the process, communicate well, and can adjust when problems arise. Both of us are very particular and their work exceeded our high expectations. Very fairly price for the quality work you get. Will clearly use again as the need arises.

JEK provided us with computer visualizations of possible color combinations rendered on an image of our home, which made selecting the right arrangement a breeze. They gave us various options that ranged in price so we could pick the best fit for our budget. It turned out fantastic, and they helped with the approvals with the historic association.

I contacted Jim Kerr, the owner of JEK Painting, about performing a time sensitive painting job due to the pending birth of my child.  Jim responded to my email inquiry that night, and was flexible about working with me to schedule a visit to see the work in question and generate a quote after business hours, when I was free.  I was extremely impressed with Jim during the initial consult.  He was knowledgeable, efficient, had a comfortable demeanor, and was proactive/reassuring about using low or no-VOC products.  He struck me as trustworthy, extremely professional, and someone who truly cares about his trade and the quality of his work; when I decided to go forward with the quotation, my initial assessment of Jim was proven true through the work of his company.  He squeezed my job in within a few days, arrived on time with another painter, and completed the work in manner that exceeded my (high) expectations.  I would strongly recommend JEK Painting to anyone looking for a straightforward and pleasant experience with a painter with quality results.
