JC Cleaning Service

This company is a scam. They never showed up for the appts. I never recieved any responses to my e-mails or phone calls. If you ever see JC cleaning run as fast as you can.

On 9-30-2011 I purchased three vouchers for cleaning services from Dealfind Daily Deals. The price was $35 each - normally $105. It took almost two months to set up an appointment after trying weeks to get JC Cleaning Services on the phone. There was no email address available on the Dealfind Daily Deal voucher. On 10-21-2011 I spoke with Nicole (410-357-1608) and made an appointment for 12-13-2011 9am (this was the earliest appointment that I could get). On 12-11-2011 2:09pm I sent an email confirming my appointment. She confirmed my appointment but said it would be 10-10:30am. Late Monday night on 12-12-2011 9:48pm she sent an email stating: QUOTE- "Hello. I need to reschedule for tomorrow to Thursday. We are gonna be short staffed tomorrow. I have 3 of the girls that called out sick for tomorrow". I found this unbelievable and strange that 3 girls would call out sick the day before but I ignored her reasoning. I replied by email asking about the time for Thursday. In addition, I tried numerous times and left numerous messages on her voicemail asking for a time. I never received a reply by email, Nicole never returned my phone messages and JC Cleaning Service DID NOT SHOW UP on Thursday for my appointment. JC Cleaning Service has at least two different times offered Dealfind Daily Deals for cleaning service. I checked Angie's List first before buying vouchers and saw that they had a good rating. After JC Cleaning Service did not show up for my appointment or call I investigated their company further and found out that this is a different company than is listed on Angie's List. The JC Cleaning Service Dealfind Daily Deal serves the Washington DC Metropolitan area (inside the Beltway) and the JC Cleaning Service on Angie's List is in Leesburg, VA and does not service this area. Beware of Dealfind Daily Deal offerings with JC Cleaning Service. Dealfind will not refund money after 30 days even though the company couldn't be reached or an appointment made within their 30 day refund policy.
