 + 0 moreWe were/are under contract for a home. Termite report came back with old tubes and damage to structural beams. John rearranged schedule to squeeze me in under time crunch, contract dates arriving soon. He gave me over the phone advice, came out to the house 2x, and because of his advice, will probably get out of this contract since sellers aren't willing to replace destroyed wood. He has saved us from buying a house with serious structural problems that were well hidden. I've had a lot of negative experiences with other contractors, and he is a gem!
