Our home is less than six months old, and this was the first time we have had the carpets in the home cleaned. I have to say I was truly impressed with my experience with Izzy's Carpets from start to finish. The reservation process was simple, setting a convenient appointment wasn't a problem,. The technician, Anthony, showed up EARLY and did a fantastic job. The carpets look just like they did the day we moved in. Aside from what I already described, I was even more impressed with their pricing system. Carpet cleaners are notorious for offering a low rate then somehow before the job is done the bill has grown significantly. The price was agreed upon before the appointment date, and that was the price I paid at the end. no high pressure sales, no attempts to 'add things on.' Really impressed, would highly recommend.

Really truly impressed with my experience with Izzy's Carpets. I don't often take the time to write an online review but I was so impressed I needed to share. I have a dog and a fireplace, so we get our carpets cleaned at least every six months. I have used countless companies, always with the same results - guy on the phone quotes a low price, you agree, then the 'technician' shows up and tries to explain to you why the price should be triple. And when you don't agree to the high pressure sales pitch the guy does a mediocre job. My experience with Izzy's was the complete opposite; they quoted a REAL price before the appointment was set, the crew show up EARLY and the carpets look great. I highly recommend this company.
