+ -1 moreMr. Randolph was a joy. He responded to my phone calls and messages in a timely fashion, was prompt and thorough, and explained every step of his inspection, his assessment, the contract, and his report. When the report he sent was mishandled by the post office, he offered a discount for his service due to the report's late arrival. The report was professional and comprehensive, ready for me to forward to the necessary state offices.
Description of Work: Roof inspection for a recently installed roof that seemed (to the owner) to be poorly completed. Mr. Randolph was the only person, out of more than 20 companies that I contacted, that was willing to inspect work previously done by a different company. This inspection was necessary for me to pursue legal action with the roofer. Mr. Randolph climbed onto each of two suspect roofs, examined interior damage, and pointed out each area in which he noticed problems, asking questions about the roof installation and other work I've had done on that area of the house. Though it was not a requested part of the service, Mr. Randolph also spent time reviewing my roofing contract, highlighting areas of limited liability for the roofer, and clarifying what I should ask for in future roofing contracts. Such "training" will be very helpful to me in future.

+ -1 moreI needed a property inspection done on short notice. Mr. Randolph not only accommodate my request, but was also very flexible when I had to make a last minute schedule change. He did an excellent job, was professional and very courteous, and answered all of my questions. The final bill ended up being less than we initially discussed by phone. My real estate agent was also impressed with his work and decided to list his company on Long & Foster's local list of recommended professional service providers. I also thank Angie's List for providing the information that allowed me to make such a great choice.

+ -1 moreHE CHECKED THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE INTERIOR. HE PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO WHAT SEEMED LIKE LITTLE CRACKS AS WELL AS THE ATTIC AND BASEMENT AREAS. I THINK HE DID A THOROUGH JOB.
Description of Work: WE WERE LOOKING TO BUY IN THE BALTIMORE COUNTY AREA. HE CAME OUT WITH HIS CHECKLIST AND REVIEWED.
