INDOOR AIR AMERICA INC

It took 2 weeks of trying to get through to make an appointment. I was never less than 4 people deep in line no matter the time of day or day of week. Finally made an apt for 11/4 between 3 and 5 (a week from the date I called). At 5:20 I called to find out why no one had come. They had a dispatcher call me back who claimed that they had called and left a message in the morning to reschedule. (There was no message, and I had been home), but I double checked the call history when I hung up anyway. It was a CYA falsehood. We rescheduled for today 11/6 "same time". I repeated the day and time before hanging up. BIg surprise, by 5:10 no one had shown up. I called Groupon and cancelled (after calling and being #5 in line at the Indoor Air number). At 5:25 a technician  called to say he would be here in 20 minutes. I told him not to bother, and he replied he had the appointment as being until 6:00. It's not only the lack of responsibility, it's the dishonesty.

He was supposed to show between 9-11 AM. At 11:10 AM he called to say he was 25 minutes away.
When he got here, turns out because the number of returns we had, he charged us an additional $80 per return, for an additional $400. Since he was here, were felt pressured to pay up. 
Then he unplugged not 1 but 2 clocks to plug his compressor into. Couldn't he have unplugged the humidifier that was in one outlet or the phone charger in the other? No, he had to unplug our clocks and then not have the courtesy to plug them back in.
