Description of Work: Restoration of overstuffed English club chair. Came back looking like modern piece from Dwell. Little padding, back cushion had an L shaped cushion stuck in it - cover is T shaped, bottom cushion has slab of cheap foam no muslin cover and nothing resembling modern replacement of what was originally a very expensive down stuffed cushion. overall a mess.

Description of Work: They retied sprlngs and applied new batting to two cockfight chairs; used customers own fabric to complete a very professional upholstery job. I was more than pleased. Very prompt turn around service and a pleasure to deal with company. The only reason I gave them a "B" in price is that I did not shop the job and have not used this type of service in many years, so no reference point.

+ -1 moreWe cannot say enough good things about Ibello. Their work is excellent and Alan and his crew are fantastic. The pride they have for their craft absolutely shows through in the finished product. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality upholstering.

Description of Work: They came out when they said they would. They were very careful and polite. The upholstery job onn my sofa was perfect. The details couldn't have been better! The price was very fair! I basically had a new sofa built.... It was just as they said, a two week turnaround. They brought it back on the date they promised at the time they promised! Very suprised and pleased. I am going to have them make me some pillows.
