They came in, I think he had a lot of people there, the people that he could just get off, people that he used occasionally, he might have a couple of them. He had a guy come in with a bulldozer who almost destroyed my tree, digging it up by the roots. They dumped the concrete on the side of my house trying to get the old concrete up. They did not fix it right. They just dumped a bunch of stuff on it. The cement was real rough and it also had dips in it where rain sits on it. My husband had to go to another provider and get some cement and sand because along the sides at the ends it was just like air pockets and I don’t think it was going to hold up. It was terrible. They ordered cement but they were short of cement. He said he ordered enough but I don’t think he did. They had to get more and it was of different color. The quality was poor; it was bad, it was a bad job. In terms of responsiveness, we had called him several times and he never ever got back to us. We had to call the guy who actually did our driveway because they were friends. This guy recommended him and said that he did all his concrete work. I am thinking he is not very picky, is he. Therefore, I had to call; it was just a bad experience. In terms of professionalism, I did not have much contact with him. They were not very good. I would not even recommend them and would not use his services again in the future.
