The staff doing the work were not professional. Damaged the wall and stained carpet in areas they were working. Also, damaged the toilet in the area. Tile work done sloppily. Baseboards replaced done poorly. Having an issue with the plumbing that was done. a lot of the work will have to be redone. Also, a job that should have taken about a week took a couple of months. I absolutely do not recommend.

had to come out twice, both Friday and Monday. Did the plumbing n Friday and the rest of the jobs on Monday

Very nice owner but, since the company left we have discovered areas that were left unpainted. In both bathrooms door edges and difficult to reach locations were not painted or the paint overlapped.

They were unavailable through phone contact. The second phone call went to voicemail so I could leave a message.

Bruce and his helper, Calvin, were super nice and very careful. They removed their shoes before entering the house, worked quickly and professionally and did everything I asked them to do. They had the skills needed to complete the plumbing and electrical work and when we discovered the shade for the island light was damaged, Bruce advised how to contact Home Depot to have shade replaced immediately. It was wonderful to have everything completed. This work was performed on one of our many bad weather days and Bruce's daughter was off from school. Bruce called to see if we could rearrange appointment and when I expressed disappointment in the delay, he quickly made other arrangements for his daughter and arrived as promised. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I spoke with them prior to purchasing the deal and they told me to go ahead and purchase it then call back to schedule the work. It's been almost two weeks and I've left three messages but never heard back from them.

He was teaching someone how to hanging a laundry shelf while at my house, I would have been Ok with it if I knew he would be training while they were here. I felt pressured in to letting them proceed. They did an Ok job. The gentleman was very prompt and very personable

It went pretty well. He came that night, but didn't have all the parts. He came back the next day and fixed it.

They were pretty good although it took awhile for us to get scheduled because they were busy. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

They emailed me and then never responded after that. I decided that I didn't want to go through with the deal and requested a refund.

It went fine. I have used them several other times before.

I purchased the 1499.00 package for a contractor for a week.I actually recieved about 2.5 days of labor. They did a good job, however it to over three months for them to complete the tasks above. I will no longer spend that kind of money up front. I would not recommend this company unless you are in no hurry to get your projects completed. Fortunately I was not in a hurry to get my projects done.

He was timely, and he did an excellent job.

The came in and completed in one day what took others weeks. Laid tile, put up dry wall, replaced broken glass, they were just good at everything. After submitting this report I am going to hire them again. I'd recommend them to my friends.

I needed an appointment on a Friday because I couldn't take off from work, but he gave me a date that was 3 weeks out. Such a slow response was disappointing. We decided that if we had to wait that long we'd replace it instead.

Our meeting was short, but he gave us a free consultation, discussing what we should do about our frequently floodin basement. He was very helpful, responsive and efficient with his inspections of our bathroom, which he suspected was the source of the flooding. He also told us to hire a plumber to fix the flooding problem. He even stayed longer to check our piping from our fernace to see if that was the problem, extremely helpful, extremely efficient.

Contacted Bruce Stevenson about installing a chandelier at the top of the stairs. During his first visit he examined the location where the chandelier would be installed and determined whether additional materials would be needed to hold the extra weight. This chandelier probably weighs over 150 pounds. The actual installation was performed a few days later. Mr. Stevenson purchased the materials needed and even sent me a picture by cell phone to ensure he was purchasing the chandelier moulding I preferred. Once the installation began by the certified electrician, more materials were needed and purchased by Mr. Stevenson. From where I was sitting watching the installation process, it was a cumbersome and tedious process. First, the chandelier was mounted at a location that is 2 stories high. Secondly, the additional weight required the use of specialized equipment. Thank goodness for their expertise and knowledge. The process began in the evening and Mr. Stevenson kept me updated on the electrician's schedule and when he would arrive. Despite the late hour and additional runs to Home Depot, they kept at the job until it was completed. Their persistence in doing the job right assured me that the chandelier was safely installed. This chandelier has been in my family for almost 50 years. It has been moved from my mother's house to my first house and now my second. It has a lot of sentimental value to me and seeing the finished product all lit up made this this new house finally feel like home.

I think it was a great deal for the price. He came out with one helper and they were very nice, professional and pleasant to deal with. Scheduling was very easy. I had all the materials and he had smaller items such as needed screws. I plan on using them again in the future.

Bruce and Carlos were outstanding?very skilled, incredibly kind, and seemingly able to do any sort of work, even in older houses. That they are located in Baltimore also means that they were very prompt and available on relatively short notice. Did an exceptional job on a new closet and fixed broken boards in our original floors. Will be using them again for sure.
