Hulk Hauling

My rental property was left a mess. I reached back out to the owner because I had used him before. He was easy to contact, prompt and professional. An unexpected situation happened with previous tenants that shouldn’t have been back at the property. He handled it perfectly and still got the job done. There was nothing left by the time he was done. I definitely recommend this black owned company for your hauling needs. I am pleased and ready to move on. Thanks again!

They came by for an estimate, I agreed, a time was scheduled. At the appointed time, they didn't show. They called but left no message. I called back straight away, and called/texted for the next week, at least a half dozen times. Not a peep in response. Cost me an extra several hundred dollars to get someone else to come on an urgent basis.

The guy/owner contacted me on August 24th, and asked me to text him the location for the pick up in Waldorf. I did so on the 25th. He responded and told me that he could not do a job that far, so I asked about hauling and disposing of the refrigerator I had in Columbia only. He gave me a price and said he would get back to me the next day with a day and time. 2 days later, I had not heard from him so I reached out to him again, checking in to see when he could do the job. On the 27th he responded: "I'm a busy person. I'm not avoiding you. I have 3 trucks that work all around Baltimore City and County. Tomorrow I can give you a time." My response was basically OK, that's fine....I was just checking in. Look forward to hearing from you tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went. Never heard back from him. I try and write reviews for positive experiences. It's a shame that a business doesn't have the decency to call back. I'm in the service business, and we thrive on customer service and referrals. This company deserves this feedback. I hope he will work on his customer service skills and responsive time.

They arrived on time. Promptly hauled the junk and revised the pice based on the amount of junk we had to remove. We will use them again.

It went better than expected. Hulk Hauling was available in a timely manner. They showed up early and did not take long. I really appreciate that I did not need to be there and they sent me updates with pictures throughout the move. I also received pictures of the dump site, which I could confirm was a legitimate dump site. I plan to hire Hulk Hauling again and again.

I've used Hulk Hauling before. They were prompt,efficient and reasonably priced. Second time around didn't disappoint. I had a 3 piece sofa sectional that was a bear to get up to my 2nd flr apt.Warren and Malek persevered like Soldiers until they got 2 of the 3 pieces up. The 3d piece couldn't make it due to the the homes' structure. Luckily, there was room in the basement.Good to know meaningful Customer service is not dead..!!

Extremely well. He showed up on time. Provides exceptionally customer service including providing a receipt and video indicating that the junk was hauled to an approved dumping facility.

Hulk was prompt, professional, and cheaper than many other haulers. Plus, he sent me a photo from the dump showing my refuse on the big pile (some haulers will dump illegally anywhere). I'm keeping his number in my phone for future projects.

I was extremely happy with their service from start to finish. They went the extra mile and the price was very fair. My garage was a mess and they gave me an excellent value and worked very hard until the job was completed.

After being referred to Hulk Hauling by another business owner I gave them a call. The owner of Hulk Hauling came to one of my properties to give me an estimate. After giving the estimate we promptly set up a date for the job to be done. Hulk Hauling arrived promptly at the time that we agreed. Hulk Haulings staff were very professional and the customer service was impeccable! I had a large amount of trash that was left from the previous tenants and Hulk Hauling handled the job with ease. I will be using them on a regular basis for all of my trash removal and Hauling needs at all of my properties.
