It is a major construction process following roof collapse two years ago, Jarret Stone seemed very nice at first but delayed his start with implausible explanations then demanded an additional $6,000 after having a $4,000 deposit for 10 months, He did no work but initially demanded $3,000 for unexplained costs. Today and only today after I filed this Review and after three weeks of prior long winded emails with implausible excuses for why he could not return the money did Hot Properties return my deposit money. Thank you, Angies List!

He is really good. He did a lot of stuff for the condominium, for all the things I needed done. I felt like it could be lower, but he spent a lot of time there. He had all the outlets by water. He did everything. He did well. Someone wanted to buy it, and had questions about it. He is great. He was very personable He explained everything I asked him to do. He was very patient. He got it done quickly, not too slowly. He did it all in one day. Somebody asked me about the circuit breakers, who wanted to buy it. They wanted to call him, and they did. He said the circuit breakers were fine. He is very knowledgeable.
