It went great. I cannot say any more about Rich and his professional services than others have posted here. He is a rare find in the world of wannabe's and scammers. Rich will tell you up front what he can and cannot do. If he can't do a job, he will refer you. And, he will follow-up. We have been using Rich for about 2 years on multiple tasks. A true gentleman.

Perfectly- I don't think I have met a better handyman than Rich Dowd. He knew exactly how to tackle the problem and got right to it. Punctual, polite, patient, perceptive, professional, perfect problem-solver, price reasonable= the seven p's!

Most importantly, he was extremely attentive and very professional. He gave me referrals for work that was not in his area of expertise which I greatly appreciated.

Fan replacement went smoothly and efficiently. I hadn't received the faucet at this time (which I had ordered online), so he couldn't do both jobs in the same visit. He returned to install the kitchen faucet. He noted that it was missing some parts. He immediately called the company, gave them the information and they promised to send them when in stock. In the meantime, he and quot;riggedand quot; the faucet to work without the missing pieces (my existing faucet was broken and leaking badly). It worked fine. When the needed parts arrived, he came back and completed the installation so I could now use the and quot;touchand quot; function. Both the fan and the faucet are working beautifully. He is neat, professional, pleasant and efficient. He brought along supply lines that he thought might not have come with the faucet. He found that they had been included, so we didn't need them. However, if they had not been in the box, it would have saved a trip to get some. I have used his services for several years and always been happy with his work. He will take on many jobs that others consider too small to be worth their while. And he has also taken on jobs like installing and painting new sashes in several of my 85+ year-old windows.

Rich, is always punctual, brings all the supplies needed and does great work. Neat, thorough and eager to tackle anything that needs doing. I am very comfortable leaving him in my home if I need to go to work.

Rich is the kind of home handyman that is rare. He is prompt, courteous, professional, friendly...all the positive adjectives you can think of. His rates are very reasonable. The ceiling fan works and looks fantastic. I've got his number on my speed dial and wouldn't think of calling anyone else for handyman tasks.

Rich Dowd does meticulous work. He has done small jobs that other contractors would not even look at. He is friendly, cheerful, patient, neat and he listens. I have recommended him to others and they have been extremely satisfied with his work.
