 + -1 moreAFTER GETTING DIRECTIONS, THE FLOWERS ARRIVED IN A VASE. DELIVERY PERSON WAS FRIENDLY. THE FLOWERS WERE UGLY - AWFUL ARRANGEMENT. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT. THEY ONLY SAID 'THEY WERE ORDERED THROUGH 1-800 NUMBER' AND MADE NO EFFORT TO REMEDY THE SITUATION.
Description of Work: FLORAL COMPANY DELIVERED FLOWERS FROM 1800FLOWERS BROKER. THEY CALLED TO GET DIRECTIONS BEFORE DELIVERING THE FLOWERS.
