Description of Work: Mount fabric awnings on existing frames for season. They take down awnings in the Fall each year and re-mount the following Spring. They also check frame mounting and condition of fabric & seams each time.

+ -1 moreI expected the total delivery time for the awning to be 3 weeks. To my surprise it was 3 days. The installation crew started around 8AM and was finished by 9:30 AM. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: I requested an estimate for a front porch awning. John from Hawk Awnings responded (Also a salesperson came out to measure the area). I was emailed the details. I was pleased with the quoted price. I confirmed on Monday, August 19th work was done August 23rd.

+ -1 moreIt ended up I had at least 6 companies come and give me estimates for the awning, Hawk was by far the most affordable, and very accomodating to our time requirements. The owner is conscienious and practical, the awnings look great.....perfect after a couple of adjustments. Super nice owner, overall a great experience.
Description of Work: Hawk installed a large 12' x 21' foot yellow stripe awning and 5" awning over a side door.

+ -1 moreMr. George Hawk Jr. enclosed our porch with canvass curtains. He was prompt for the appointment, pleasant, and very professional. We are now able to use our covered porch year round with the use of a heater. I have enjoyed many Sunday football games on the porch. It's very nice because of all the light that is allowed in.
Description of Work: Enclosed our porch with canvass curtains. We wanted something that could be removed in the warmer seasons but wanted use of the porch in other cooler seasons. We have seen this setup at several restaurants and thought this would meet our needs. The top 1/4 is solid canvass, 1/2 is see though plastic, the rest is solid canvass.
