I am assuming that A means the best - This pair are champs. Place sparkles - went over and beyond my expectations when they cleared out a closet I told them to leave, cleaned it, and them bagged up the trash.

First half went well, but she spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning 1 bathroom, left herself only 15 minutes to do kitchen, so kitchen was not done well at all. I have pics of the floor and the stovetop. She has potential and knows how to clean,but needs to budget her time. Very nice and professional.

The service never happened, they called the morning the service was to be provided and canceled. We where on a tight deadline and their canceling on a Thursday morning for a Saturday event suggesting the reschedule for after the event was unacceptable,

counters were not thoroughly wiped down in the kitchen. wiped around countertop appliances and nothing was moved. no dusting was completed in any rooms. floors were not completed and dust was still very visible.
