Description of Work: This work was over multiple days. They powered washed a balcony and shed. They applied stain to the shed, after first doing some minor carpentry repairs. They applied stain to the wood parts of the balcony. They painted the metal railing on the balcony. On the brick house, they painted the door, trim, and shutters, including the rake boards on the house. The results were good. The date above is went the final payment was made.

Description of Work: The painter repaired an area of a cathedral ceiling where the drywall had been removed to insert insulation. He did a good job with the repair, but he tracked in a lot of dirt and left many little bits of drywall on the floor.

I would probably look to hire someone else for future drywall work just because I wasn't blown away by their service. | |- job took two days when hoping it would take one. Would have preferred they send more guys out knowing the scope of the work to be performed. | |- cleanup after first day was lackluster, but am cognizant that drywall dust is a bear to clean up. An attempt with a shop vac would have been nice though. | |- were late the 2nd day but was due to traffic | |- guys forgot about the downstairs portion of the job until I reminded them. The quality of work downstairs is less so than the upstairs.

Description of Work: There was a bit of confusion in the scheduling in the beginning. The date originally scheduled no one showed up and I had to call to find out what happened. Next schedule was not too long after and two guys showed up on time and did a pretty good job with the small room I had painted. There were a few missed spots and some paint left over which was more than enough to cover those areas. All in all for the price I'd definitely use these guys again but I'd do a better inspection before letting them go.

Description of Work: They fixed the water damage in a timely and professional manner, and for the same price they quoted, can't argue with that. Would certainly use them again, though hopefully our house won't leak again for awhile!!
