We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. It was very smooth throughout the process. Kate, the office staff member we did our communication and scheduling with, is very pleasant. Jonathan (also very nice) came out and gave us an estimate and several good suggestions for the project. The painters showed up exactly when they said they would. They were all extremely polite and cheerful, even when being deluged with information and demonstrations of monster trucks from our three-year-old. They moved all our big furniture and covered everything securely. They made sure they understood exactly what we wanted before they began. Even though they had to work around several people, including a couple of children in the house, they were super-efficient. They were here two days and cleaned everything up each day. Our house is transformed and we love it!

They arrived on schedule and did a nice job. When I contacted them about touch-ups, these were done promptly and cheerfully. Will give them a call when it's time to paint the interior.

Estimator arrived on time, received detailed estimate in 2 days. Work completed on time - change orders were reasonable. Very satisfied with work

The workers were professional showed up on time and worked over weekend. I was really impressed. They did a really good job and met my expectations.

They were on-time and neat. Always responded to questions that I had. It truly is a professional job and well-worth the expense. There were two supervisors each day for six days. I felt safe having them in my house. Their price came in around the same as the other estimates we got.

Sent unsupervised Hispanic workers who did such a poor job, that I had to have someone sent back the next week, because the paint had cracked. They didn't clean up anything. They were courteous. They need to supervise their employees. No one ever came back to give them any instructions as to what to do. Anyone who hires them needs to take into consideration that they overcharge and undersupervise.

I will definitely call Hands-On-Painters in the future and look forward to using them. Jon was prompt, neat, personable, and honest.

Overall, very pleased. Workmen were on time, and very neat. Job took longer than expected but I think this was due to the level of care they took. The original paint job was in bad shape; the new one looks great. Would definitely hire again.

THE FINAL COST OF THE JOB WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GIVEN AS AN ESTIMATE. THE PAINTERS WERE CAREFUL WHEN MOVING MY FURNITURE, AND COVERED THE FLOORS CAREFULLY. THE ROOM LOOKS GREAT!
