Although the actually paint work was to our satisfaction, it was incredibly disappointing to have the painters and their supervisor underestimate what could reasonably be done in 14 person hours. They clearly wanted limit the work to 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms rather than the actual hours we purchased. Based on our experience with a previous Big Deal for 8 hours, we expected that 2 rooms and 3 bathrooms could be completed in 14 person hours. From the beginning both the lead painter and his supervisor pushed back on the 3rd bathroom. The painters spent a great deal of time going out to sit in their work vehicles throughout and worked more to the rooms they had estimated they could paint rather than the actual time it took, Unfortunately for this group, we'd had considerably more square footage painted under a different deal in about half the time. Disappointing approach.

Fidel did an OUTSTANDING job! I cannot say enough about how quickly he worked and how much he got done. In addition, he cleaned up his work area so nothing was need from me afterwards. I am very PLEASED!

It went well. He cleaned up the cracked areas and plastered the seam. I will have to finish - sanding and painting as the plaster needed time to dry.

Excellent customer service over the phone, top quality job, and company owner stopped by to check on the job. I couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use again and promote to others. Already discussed a power washing job for spring.

I can't praise this company enough. The work is beautiful. It turned out better than I was expecting, and even my Realtor was impressed. I hired them to prepare my house for sale. After seeing the results, I was very tempted to keep it. If I had the money to own rental properties, I would use Hands On Painters whenever I needed to fix up a place between renters. The people are easy to work with, and the estimate came very close to the final cost. I highly recommend this company.

I never got past emailing stage because Hands on Painters can only come out to provide estimates on jobs between the hours of 10 am to 3 pm. I'm sorry that I work for a living to be able to pay for these types of repairs and I am unwilling to take a sick day or unpaid day to get an estimate. This company should post on their information listing the limited hours that they will provide estimates and save most of us the time of contacting them. I guess they don't really need the work, and in that case they should also put the parameters of the jobs they are willing to do. I am sure if I was adding an entire addition to my home their estimate times would be much more accomodating. Ridiculous.

Great! Painters Rudy and John and crew did an efficient meticulous and accurate job and we're receptive to our special needs. The handyman, Bob, did an excellent job and was creative repairing and improving wood work and trim on the front of this 50 year old plus house.

Excellent quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. I would definitely hire again.
