Excellent work. We have a walkout basement, so the area of our house foundation is large. The paint on it was chipped and peeling and residual ivy was present both on the foundation and some of the siding. They arrived and prepared the cement foundation by power washing and sanding. Filled in cracks. The next day one man spent the whole day painting and finished the job in the late afternoon. He worked diligently and did an excellent job.

Hands On Painters did a nice job. There was a 2x3 foot hole in the wall where some plumbing repairs had been done. They scheduled the repair to meet my schedule, called the day prior to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and completed the job well, including a thorough clean-up job.

I decided to go with Hands On Painters after using a previous contractor to make repairs after my basement flooded. I also asked for some additional painting work in the basement and to repair and paint the main ceiling after my toilet flooded. I was very pleased working with Jonathan, Thersa and all of the painting staff. The painters showed up each day on time and thoroughly explained what they were going to do and explained at the end of the day where they were and what they would do the next day. The job took exactly three days and I was very pleased with the work. I would use them again and hope to when I need additional painting done for the rest of my townhouse.

They are master painters and I would go with them on every deal they have. The work is finely detailed and every issue was resolved when working with them.

They arrived promptly, matched the color of our door and shutters, covered all plants and walkways, then thoroughly scraped and prepared all surfaces for painting. The two-person crew then carefully and professionally primed and painted all exposed surfaces. Finally, they performed a complete clean-up, leaving our house looking bright and fresh.

The workman arrived promptly and was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the disadvantages of re-plastering, and explained how he would proceed to replace the plastered surface with drywall within the four-hour contractual period. His drop cloth protected the floor, basin and toilet in our first-floor powder room from all of the dust generated as he drilled out the old plaster. He gathered the old plaster pieces that he had removed, and put them in a large trash bag that he carried to his truck. The workman then vacuumed the remaining dust that had settled on the window shelf, beside the radiator, and other places that could not be covered, and even wiped the ceramic tiles to remove a sediment that was barely visible before he began to clean the walls. I was impressed my his workmanship and by the thoroughness of the clean-up. We plan to ask Hands On Painters to return to do more work in our home, in the near future.

Did an excellent job and completed more work than I expected. I had asked that some rotten wood be replaced. In addition to doing that they caulked, and painted. Also painted the adjacent dormer so that the windows match. Would use them again.

The worker from Hands on Painters arrived promptly, prepped the area by covering the furniture and the floors and worked for a full 3 hours which is the amount of time I had bought under their deal. The drywall work was pretty good although I did not prefer the way he repaired the nail pops as he simply drove them in further. I would have preferred he remove the old nail and put in a new screw about an inch a way.

Excellent. He arrived on time, I showed him the paint and the room and he got right to work. I had all the furniture moved to the center of the room and removed all the electric switch and plug plates so he was able to jump right in. They also brought their own drop cloths. Gerardo (sp?) was professional and careful not to walk around the house in dirty shoes. I was surprised and impressed to see that he was also able to paint the whole room with two coats. I was very satisfied with outcome and will definitely use them again for paint jobs.

It was fine. The work that he did was good, but I was somewhat disappointed because he could not finish the work. When he made an offer to finish the job later and do it under the table, I was disgusted.

Rich was absolutely wonderful. His work is extremely professional and I will request him for any future jobs.

He couldn't do what I needed him to do. He did the best he could. I had a ceiling fan that I needed wired to the light switch and it wasn't properly wired. It doesn't solved the problem when he fix it so I had to get another person and an electrician is what we really needed to get it done. He didn't have the skills for what I needed to be done.

The job was very well done, it looks very smooth even though it has a tricky edge next to a stone wall

Everything went great and they were easy to work with. All the project were completed and look wonderful. Very professional and hard working. I would not hesitated to call them in the future or to recommend them.

The job went very well. The handyman arrived on time, reviewed the list of items and went straight to it. Everything was completed in with time to spare. My only complaint was about clean-up after all the work was done - the bathtub was left dirty and the mortar that was mixed for replacing the bricks left a noticeable puddle in front of my house. All the completed work looks great and I would recommend this contractor for similar work in the future.

They never showed for the last of three work items and did no follow-up.

It worked out great. I have to buy the paint and they helped me buy it with a discount. The quality of the work was great and they gave me a quote for some additional work that I am interested in having done but it was out of the price range that I am looking to spend.

The paint looks great! Cleanup was very thorough. I would highly recommned.

The workman who came was so careful, thorough and kind. Of course I am delighted to know them and have already signed a contract to have them come back for some additional work.

The original estimation process was thorough and thoughtful. Once the job began, the painters were on-time and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves, and the rooms look good!

i am late in writing this review and don't recall exact dates and prices, but I do know that the entire experience was excellent! Hands On Painters did an outstanding job and gave me very good advice. I also had hardwood floors installed around the same time, and Jonathan gave me some excellent information for that project. The painting is beautiful, and the painted cabinets and backsplash made a HUGE difference in the kitchen for relatively little money. I will absolutely use them again and hightly recommend them!

We were very happy with the end result.

They were fine. We had 2 people for 8 hours, and they painted the kitchen and the family room. I think the big deal was a little overpriced for what we got.

I purchased the 4 hour "Big Deal." When I originally spoke with the office, we thought the work could be done in 4 hours, however, I failed to mention that I needed the doors and trim painted--8 doors and 5 windows. The painter arrived when promised. When the painter arrived, he advised that he would not be able to complete the work in a single day. A supervisor arrived later to assess the scope and essentially agreed. The painter returned the next day to complete the work. I received 12 hours of quality painting for a total expense of $479; see what happens when you get other estimates. The extra hours at $45/hour was very reasonable. I was home the entire time. He did a great job of working efficiently. I am extremely satisfied and recommended Hands On Painters, Inc. to two friends already. I would gladly use them again.
