I bought the deal for wood rot repair from Angie's and the company was responsive and punctual. The service was provided by a gentleman named Rick and he was excellent. Materials needed to be purchased for the repair and after assessing what he would need, he bought them and I was later billed for the materials and extra work required to complete all the repairs I needed. Rick was both very professional, and friendly. He worked non-stop and did a very good job of replacing all the pieces that were damaged or rotten. Overall I was happy with the communication I had with the office and also even happier with the on-site staff. Kind regards to Rick and Tux-Edo :)

We took pictures of the areas needing repair and list of task and they emailed us and estimate. We agreed on the price and schedule the work. Workman showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He worked h****** replacing doors and repainting areas repaired. When finished areas repaired looked like new. Work was done with minimal interference in function of the household and done well.

Hands on Painters scraped the old paint off and painted our entire foundation as well as the back stairwell to the basement. Also they painted the sides of the front porch and steps. They did an excellent job and cleaned up any mess they may have made because when they were done there was no paint spatter any where.

This is the third time I've used this company and I would heartily recommend them .They did a beautiful job, were punctual, clean and professional. The wood rot repair exceeded my expectations.I would definitely use them again.

I have previously used their services for handyman work as well. I also had them complete some additional drywall work with this deal. They provide good quality and do a greatjob.

The guy was very good and did exceptionally fine work. I asked them to call me back for extra work and they never did. He laid down drop-cloth and covered everything. He cleaned up everything and I was very happy with them. They went way out of their way to be punctual and were very accommodating with the scheduling. They were just marvelous.

Showed up late first day,(got lost) but was on time thereafter-went to work. Allotted 3 days for work which I felt was too rushed for the amount of painting to be done. At first I was pleased with the quality of work, but over time no so much. Had paint flacking off window sills & two doors, they did come back & fix but still was not up to my standards. It is now 2014 & I have had bedroom & bathrm. repainted along with trim & when furniture was move to do painting & saw where electric plate covers were not removed and was just painted around, could see old color where it was not even painted good thing my furniture was not rearrange! Trim work ceiling & walls were to have two coats put on & I know for a fact that the trim & ceilings got only one for a few months later & closer inspection they looked terrible. The paint on the trim I swear was watered down because It look like they put a thin coat of milk on, you could see thru it. I have done painting a long time and due to bad neck can no longer do so. I know the proper way & wait time between coats to allow for good drying time etc. & this was not done, it was rushed and that is why it did not hold up for very long. The workers did what they could do in the allotted time they were given for this job. If you looked at the number of rooms done & they were not small 3 days was not anywhere near enough time. I did questioned this in the beginning & I was guaranteed it would be enough-should have known better when that red flag nagged at me. One thing positive is that they did a great job patching. I did refer this company to my son a month or so after (before I had noticed the above problems) he is picky like me for I have painted his last house for him so he knows what a good paint job should look like & durability. He as was I very pleased with patching, ok with paint job(he had a different crew then me-(I house sat while they did work for my son had to work) but they had taped plastic to his hardwood floors to prevent paint from getting on them & when they remove tape it also remove the varish in several places-he was not happy! They did come back & repaired the floor but it is very noticeable. I don't know what the outcome was, never asked it is a sore subject. Based on the above I would not use this company again.

They removed some wallpaper, prepped two rooms and painted. Scheduling was fantastic. The service was excellent.

Everyone was professional, nice and clean. They sat around joked with me as well, it was awesome.

All painting went well. We had a problem matching colors with nail pops and were able to work with them to get whole ceiling repainted. Painters worked quickly and did an excellent job.

Everything went very smoothly. Bob, was on time, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Teresa was very accommodating and flexible with regards to scheduling the service. The job was very professionally done and I will certainly be working with Hands On again! Great job!!

My experience with Hands on Painters was outstanding from the very beginning. One of the owners, Derrick, arrived to do the estimate. He made excellent suggestions along the way that saved me time and money. He personally stopped by during the week of painting and handyman services to ensure the work was performed as we discussed and to check out the work. Everything went perfectly as planned. The painters did a fabulous job. This was a large job and it took five full days. The painters were polite, neat and pleasant to be around. They were in my house for a week and they tried to make this a comfortable experience by allowing access to needed areas and cleaning up after each days work. The actual work itself included painting and trim. It looks absolutely beautiful

A PREVIEW OF THINGS TO COME. I CALLED LAST WEEK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE WEEK OF MAY13TH...WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR MAY 14TH AT 1 O'CLOCK..THEY EVEN READ THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND STATED BACK TO ME AND TOLD ME WHO I WOULD BE MEETING WITH. I EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD BE TAKING THE DAY OFF SO IT WAS ESSENTIAL THAT THEY SHOW UP. AT I:30 I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR MAY 21ST...ANOTHER WASTED DAY....PROBABLY A GOOD THING SINCE IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN

I could not be happier! Hands on Painters did a great handyman job for me. I had serious wood rot on the bottom four inches of four porch posts. The handyman remove the rotting wood and replaced signficant pieces of the posts. You cannot even tell it is not the original posts! He also repaired some exterior trim for me and painted. He was prompt and pleasant and the product is terrific and so was the price and the speed at which he worked I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs painting or repair work.

It was great. They were here for a couple of days. The price was average. They came on time.

I not only received good value for my money, but also workers who were very polite, courteous, and professional. They obviously cared about making sure that I was happy. They even went to go buy paint for me when we discovered that the can that I had on hand for touch ups was empty. The wanted to make sure that they could finish my job for me.

The owner came out and got the details on the work I wanted to have done, drew a sketch of where the exterior work needed to be performed on the house, and then later the company emailed me a detailed estimate -- at no charge. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. First appt. didn't work out due to a deluge of rain, but they were very accommodating in setting up a 2nd appt day/time. Workers showed up on time and were courteous, professional, and hard working. Ronnie and David did a superb job - they did quality work and were very careful when painting, and cleaned up all of their supplies when the job was over - did not leave any kind of mess anywhere. I could not be happier with the results. I thought the pricing was very fair and reasonable. The job took an entire work day to complete. I highly recommend Hands On Painters and will definitely use them again when I need future work done on my house.

I was very pleased with the work performed by the Hands on Painters tech. He was pleasant and professional, and arrived on time and completed the job on time, which included a trip to the store to purchase paint. My only issue is that most times when I contacted the company, voicemail answered instead of a live person. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and will use the company again!

They did a fantastic job. They were very clean and timely and I will be using them again.

They arrived on time, very professional. They completed the work and did a beautiful job. The supervisor came and checked on things and was also very professional. I am a do-it-yourselfer, but; I am never painting again! They were great.

Bob was running a little late due to another job going over time, but he called to let me know. He showed up promptly at the revised time, looked over what I wanted done, then went to purchase the paint. I had the wood to repair the garage trim, and he did that immediately, then set to work painting. He got all the high, difficult to reach spots done in the allotted time, and offered to stay to finish the rest, but I had to leave. He did a great job, left me the rest of the paint so I could finish the trim. I would highly recommend this company and would happily use them again.

Rich from Hands On Painting arrived right on time and began work on the siding. We had one long piece of siding to use, but he determined that more would be needed and had brought a couple of pieces with him just in case. He figured out how to use the three pieces and proceeded to complete the work. That took less than an hour, so we asked him to caulk around a leaky window and to repair some critter holes on the eves under the roof. He did a great job on everything. We had a good test of the caulking job with the 4 inches of rain this week. I asked him if we owed anything for the materials he provided and he said no. Besides doing a great job, Rich was good at trading stories about living with the local wildlife. We would definitely use Hands On Painting again.

I did not use this company and found someone much more reasonable, and prompt. The other company gave me an estimate on the spot and didn't make me wait two days for an email.

It went well. They were quick; they were efficient and evenly priced.
