Description of Work: They sent flowers to the house with same day delivery. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and fresh!! I got a standard bouquet arrangement which is called make me smile bouquet arrangement. Yellow flowers with a beautiful white rose on top.

 + -1 moreThey were amazing! The funeral home told them the wrong time for the funeral, so they delivered the flowers after the funeral was over. Gordon's called us immediately and offered a solution without any prompting from us. Even though the mix-up of times for the delivery was not their fault, they assumed all responsibility and incurred all costs associated with fixing the problem. We never had to complain or demand any kind of retribution. They were pro-active and offered a full refund and re-delivery completely unprompted. Due to their incredible customer service, we will use them for all of our floral needs in the future.
Description of Work: I am writing this review, because Gordon Florist (on 3113 SAINT PAUL ST, Baltimore, MD 21218) offered us the best customer service we have ever received. We ordered a $100 bouquet for our grandfather's funeral on Feb. 27th in the morning. Gordon Florist called the funeral home to confirm the time, however the funeral home misinformed them and told them it was an afternoon funeral. When they delivered the flowers in the afternoon, the funeral home told them that the funeral was over. We had noticed our flowers were missing and were going to call them later in the day. Gordon Florist called us immediately after the failed delivery, fully refunded our money, and offered to deliver the flowers to any other address we would like. We told them we would call them back after we left the cemetary and forgot to call them. They called us back a couple of days later and offered to make another fresh bouquet and deliver it, free of charge, to any place we would like. They were friendly, supportive, and generous.
