+ -1 moreIT TOOK SEVERAL CALLS USING SEVERAL DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO LOCATE A TECHNICIAN. THEN A TECHNICIAN WAS PROVIDED BY TELEPHONE, BUT ONCE THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTED, THE TECHNICIAN MADE AN ON-SITE VISIT. THE TECHNICIAN'S ASSESSMENT REQUIRED NEW EQUIPMENT WHICH WOULD BE AVAILABLE THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY, NO SHOW OR CALL FROM THE TECHNICIAN. A CALL TO THE OFFICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT HIS NO SHOW, GENERATED AN INCOMPLETE SERVICE CALL AND A CHANGE OF ALARM COMPANIES.
Description of Work: SECURITY ALARM MONITORING AND A SERVICE REPAIR TO THE EXISTING ALARM SYSTEM THAT WAS EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.
