Description of Work: CAME OUT TO INSTALL A SUROUND SOUND SYSTEM. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH CONNECTION. THEY SPENT TIME TRYING TO SOLVE THAT PROBLEM AND THEN LATER TOLD US THAT THE SPACE WAS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM. THEY COULD HAVE FIGURED THAT OUT AT THE BEGINNING AND SAVED TIME. I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS VERY POOR. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY. I HAD TO TAKE A DAY OFF OF WORK BECAUSE HE NEVER KNEW IF HE COULD COME OR NOT. HE LET ME KNOW AT THE LAST MINUTE. RESPONSIVENESS WAS HORRIBLE. THE GUY SMELLED BAD AND USED INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED OUR ICEMAKER IN OUR REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER.

+ -1 moreWE TOOK THE COMPUTER OVER TO THE BEST BUY IN BOWIE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON FIXING OUR PROBLEM WITH THE HARD DRIVE AND EVEN GAVE US SOME TIPS ON HOW TO NOT HAVE THE PROBLEM OR ERROR HAPPEN AGAIN. THEY HAD IT FINISHED IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, WHEN WE THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE LONGER.
