Chuck came earlier before appointment time(i.e.10am), and already checked on roof and carport. He explained to us how long the roof may be changed and have leaking on carport. We walked around with him to every level of house, the first thing he turned on all faucets on each floor and told us taht he wil turn off after he completed all inspection. He also put water into cuter to see wether water can drained away without flooded in my yard. Chuck walked throgh every level and note its condiction to explain what need to be changed, how long it can be used and what can be done later. Also Chuck check every socket and run all applicance to ensure they function well. He took almost three hours to check everything and explained how to maintain this house in an efficient way and where can buy appropriate materinal to save money. He is very patience and professional to share his experienced on this inspection. My husband and I definitely highly recommend him for home inspection if need in the future. Not only his price is reasonable but also his decades' experieces can provide information and advice which are priceless.
