+ 0 moreThey did well on the installation but we thought they jacked the prices up for the cleaning. We told them we wanted to add 2 rooms which would only be $80, my husband gave them permission to do the work, but company did not let us know beforehand it would be an extra $200. I asked Rob how we got extra charges and he became defensive.
Description of Work: Had a few rooms re-carpeted and whole house shampooed.

Description of Work: My relationship with Robbie & his son goes back to 2007. Robbie started by cleaning my vents & furnace. Did a very good job & his price was more than fair. He sold me carpet for all 3 floors of my house. Great price! His installer was a little strange, but did a very good job. He has cleaned my carpet numerous times...good job, great price. I really liked doing business with a small, family owned & operated business. The only negative was the woman who answered the phone the last time I called. She was EXTREMELY rude & put up a road block when I needed to speak to Robbie before he showed up to clean my carpets. One of the reasons that I enjoyed phone access to Robbie. This woman was so bad that the last time I had my carpets cleaned, I thought I would play it safe & had Sears clean my carpets. What a disaster! The next time I intend to use Forever Carpets & hope that the woman is gone.

I did receive a call from "Robbie" who says he is the owner stating he has never had a problem like this before with this phone answerer who claims she is the owner. He did apologize for her behavior, and I explained I am reporting to prevent others from experiencing this customer service and to allow him to work on hiring a professional staff to better represent his company. Description of Work: I received a text from "Robbie" at Forever Carpet to call and talk about the project (good punctuality). I called tthe number he texted 410-788-3030. A female (not a lady) answered the phone, did not wait for me to finish introducing myself (per the text from "Robbie") and hung up on me. I called back and she was rude...even said "watch how you talk to me B****". I called back asking for owner and she continued to use foul language and threaten me on what I could do, before hanging up on me a third time. I find this totally unprofessional and very childish........she said she "was the owner, B****" and hung up while I requested another service represntative. EPIC fail......I would NEVER use nor recommend a business that treats potential customers in this manner. Hard to believe that anyone can get past this unporfessional woman who is representing the company. Foul language, unprofessional presentation and could nor even get to Robbie, the person I was trying to contact! We have multiple propeties and I had many potential jobs but cannot support nor trust this vendor.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and proceeded to stretch the carpet which went well. They asked if we wanted the special pet treatment on both carpets which we did. They then proceeded to clean the carpets. Quite a few of the pet spots did not come out of the bedroom carpet which they said was normal for white carpet. My husband supervised the rest. They told him the carpet would dry in about 4 hours but it took more than 24jrs before it was completely dry. The next day I took our spot bot and cleaned all the spots in the living room they missed. They also charged ALOT more than I was quoted on the phone.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in our family room and bedroom. Afterwards they applied a special chemical for the pet smell. They also stretched the carpet in our family room.
