He showed up unprepared. He had been scheduled through Sears Outlet to come and fix our oven. His window was 8am - noon and he did not show up until 11:55am. When he entered the house his hand was bleeding, he said he did not notice it until now. As he looked at the appliance he had no knowledge of what was wrong. Had to call Sears to figure out what needed to be replaced, meanwhile I Googled it and was able to tell him what Sears told him 10 minutes later. Even though he did not have the part he insisted on taking the oven apart. He did and then when he went to put it back together almost forgot to put screws back in. I had to point them out. Called Sears to complain and they informed me that he was supposed to have been dropped from their service list. They had received other incidents and were apologetic. I'm glad I did not end up paying him anything.
