He did an excellent job by fixing my oven and explaining everything to me and what I should or not do. Very helpful.

It was not making the noise it made when I called in for the repair. He told me make a video and send it to him if began making the noise again. Hoping the motor is not going up on the washing machine

Bill Evans was just wonderful. He found out that my original ice maker wasn't broken. The arm that calls for ice was in the wrong hole. And he only charge 1/2 of the original quote. And I get to send the ice maker I bought on Amazon back to them for a refund!

It was unbelievable! The lights on my dishwasher were flashing, but the dishwasher wouldn’t close and it wouldn’t go on. I explained this to Mr. Evans and he told me to pull out the bottom rack And Check to make sure it was correct. I pulled it out and rearranged the dishes. It was unusually full. After doing this, It worked fine! So I don’t need service, At least for now. But when I do, I will definitely call express appliance! By the way, he was going to come out today if I needed his help! So nice to find such an honest and helpful Appliance repair man!!!
