Description of Work: Mr. Crutcfield toured the exterior of my house and promised an estimate in about a week. A week later he returned with his assistant "to clear up a couple of things". It has been over a month, and i have not heard anything from him. What a waste of time!

Description of Work: WE were out of state on vacation and I received a call from Mr. Crutchfield. Mr Crutchfield was working at the time on a neighbor's house and called me because he noticed a dangerous situation with one of the eaves of my house, which is attached to the neighbor's. He said he'd take care of it, we settled on a price and when we came home from vacation, the job was done,and very nicely, too.

 + -1 moreHe was rude at one point. His punctuality with getting in contact, finding items, coordinating was awful. What made me more angry is that he was rude to me over the phone over a misunderstanding, when I passed the phone to my husband he was nice all of a sudden. I feel as though he felt he could walk over me, the woman, but not my husband. He was threatening to pull out of the job but my husband talked him into finishing. Update: He did apologize to my husband but not to me.
Description of Work: The actual painting work was great. I trusted him with that part.
