The work was done flawlessly by Economy Plumbing. The planning leading to the work was spot on. The plumber helped me to size the right water heater together with all the ancillary parts needed. Once the heater arrived, they scheduled the date and arrived on time for the work. The plumber was very knowledgeable and started by making sure that electrical safety was the first thing addressed. Following that, they removed the existing heater and installed the new one and did all the plumbing/piping connections. There were no redos - it was all right the first time. As the work was progressing, they made sure that materials were provided to keep any water leaks contained. Once the work was completed, clean up was done. The heater packaging was removed as well as all the tools. They explained the equipment operation and the temperature settings and ensured that I understood how to adjust the settings. They removed the old heater and sent it for recycling. The heater has been working without issue since the installation. I am very happy with the professionalism that Economy Plumbing demonstrated in executing this work. Pricing was fair, in my estimation. I recommend Economy Plumbing for their workmanship, reliability and great quality of work.
