Description of Work: We called this contractor from another State, and made an appointment for him to look at our crumbling chimney between 2 and 3pm today. He was a no-show, and when reached at 4pm admitted he wasn't sure he wanted the job. We had rearranged our schedule to accomodate his appraisal, and are beyond irritated that he didn't even call to explain. He's a flake!

+ 1 moreWe had Filip (Phillip in Greek) come in and repair stucco. He gave us a very competitive price, and performed the job to great satisfaction. One thing I appreciated the most was that during the work, sometimes scope creep can occur, as you dig deeper into the project. Filip never complained about additional work, and more importantly, he did it for free, because he wanted to honor the initial contract. We appreciated his professionalism, but also his humanism even more. Filip was late for one appointment, but other than that, he was always punctual, and he walked us through the entire process showing the before and after for clear understanding. Highly recommend Filip to other Angieslist members as well as others, if you have any outer wall related issues.
Description of Work: External Stucco Repair around 5000 sqft house. Caulking and other general maintenance work around the house exterior painting done.
