I have contacted the company to cancel the order so I can put knobs on my cabinets from another supplier. This was over a week ago and they still have not credited my account. When I called their accounting department they said they cannot credit my account because they are waiting for paperwork. I do not know why they took my money immediately instead of upon shipment which is the usual practice. So I am currently out 355.83 and have no knobs or drawer pulls on my new cabinets.
Description of Work: I placed an order with this company on August 22, 2006 for cabinet knobs, drawer pulls, and bathroom accessories. To date, October 26th, I have never received a thing although they state they ship in 3-5 weeks. I have contacted them numerous times and they either don't respond at all or I get a snotty email telling me that there is a production hold and to be patient.
