I called about 5 different companies to try to get some siding repair work done and this was the ONLY company that not only answered right away, but immediately scheduled an appointment; all the other places told me "they'd call me back" and never did. The estimator arrived right on time and was very nice and professional. He looked at my problem (leaky window due to siding not attached properly) and gave me an estimate on the spot. the company called me a few days later and scheduled the project. I didn't have to be home since all the work was being done on the outside. They emailed me pictures of their work. Everything went very smoothly. I absolutely recommend Cox Roofing!

I love this company! They always answer when I call and immediately schedule me - unlike other roofing companies who will either “call me back” (and never do) or just never answer their phone. I’ve used them twice - once to repair a siding issue and another time to replace my flat roof. The estimator (Rick) is always on time, professional, patient and nice. Both jobs I didn’t even have to be home for them to do the work. They took pictures of the work done and emailed them to me. This is my roofing company for life!

The crew arrived on time, performed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Before the work started, the company sent me important information about what to expect, how long the job might take, etc. After completion, they e-mailed me photos of the work in different stages, which I also found very helpful. The work was finished about a month ago, and I am very pleased with the results.

Cox crew was extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgable. Leak had been present for 6 years. The Cox team were first identify and fix it after many previous attempts by other roofers. Admin staff were also extremely efficient and helpful. Excellent experience.

Very well. Rick Harris the estimator was very helpful. Since we had an active leak they got to us quickly. There was a crew of at least ten men working continuously until they finished the job. They cleaned up outside. My only complaint is that they did not warn me about the dust inside my attic. Fortunately a friend suggested that I cover stuff with tarps and that helped with the cleanup.

The installation took a good part of the day. All of the workers were very professional and they work was reliable. There have been no leaks since, despite several heavy rainfalls.

They arrived on time, professional, they had a large crew to get the work done quickly, and cleaned up once they were done. They did business the way you expect business to be done.

Cox Roofing's Estimator, Rick Harris, arrived at my home on Tuesday, June 28th, right on time. Though I was having a problem with rain seeping through one area of my roof, Rick was helpful in pointing out several other areas that also needed work. He prepared an estimate, and the expected repairs were scheduled for Friday, July 1st, weather permitting. Threatening rain on July 1st, I was happy their crew got a jump on rush-hour traffic and arrived at my home at 8 A.M. (before their actual work day began). Their crew was prompt, efficient and everyone at Cox Roofing had excellent customer service skills. The work was completed by 10 A.M., before it started raining, and the work area was cleaned up. Do yourself a favor, and choose Cox Roofing as your roofer. They will stand behind their work, and you won't go wrong!

I contacted Cox Roofing for an estimate to replace my roof after being frustrated that every time it rained I had to put a tub in the back room to collect the water that would drip from the ceiling fan. I was given a very fair estimate and a detailed scope of the work that needed to be done. I was even shown pictures of the current condition of my roof which looked like a badly cracked cell phone screen. A date was set up and just as promised, the day before the job a truck came and delivered all of the materials. The next morning right on time the workers arrived and started the dismantling of my roof. They placed a tarp on my back porch to collect all of the debris that would be removed during the process. I was called by the project manner during the day and was given updates and confirmation that everything was going as planned. I left the house for several hours and when I returned all of the debris was removed, you couldn't even tell that major construction had been going on just hours before. My final invoice included pictures of the process before and after. I was so very impressed with how professional and timely everything went. I would definitely recommend Cox Roofing to anyone who has an issue with their roof. They even replaced some missing shingles on the front of my house free of charge. I feel confident that the next time it rains I won't have to worry about a thing. I'm even looking forward to the next rain! Outstanding job Cox Roofing!

There was something they said they were going to repair and they missed it and so we had to call back and take pictures of it and call back and they sent someone back out and repair it. One of the short comings is when they came to give us an estimate they just looked from the ground and so they they gave us a general estimate of $600 and then they came back and actually got up there and they saw the problems and then it became more than what was anticipated. They were pleasant and they responded but some of the extra time was wasted and they hadn't done a thorough estimate from the beginning. They did work but it just wasn't executed well and thoroughly and so it ended up being just extra time wasted. They were very responsive.

The service provided was excellent from the appointment scheduling to the job performance. A professional and courteous company. I highly recommend them to all.

Excellent job, I have scheduled Cox Roofing to give me an estimate on the repairing the roof.

A slight mixup in the location but they still showed up and did the work. The two guys were very friendly and nice. I told them what my concerns were and they really checked out those areas. I have confidence that the issues are fixed but won't truly know until it rains.

From start to finish, including the estimate, every aspect of the job was handled professionally, with courtesy and respect -They responded to our situation promptly and the finished job was completed in one day with some extra fiinishing touches completed at no extra charge. Our situation needed more than normal attention as we were left high and dry by a previous roofer who took our money and left us with a partially torn off roof. This caused us to have leaking and water damage to the second floor of the house, and time was of the essense in staving off further damage. Cox roofing restored our roof and our peace of mind considering the terrible situation we were put in. I won't go any further as to name which company that defrauded us in this review, as this is all about giving an A+ rating to Cox Roofing. Do not hesitate to contact them and use them for any roofing or construction needs you have

Their services were okay. They did suggest that I needed additional services and they were to charge something additional to the money I paid for the big deal. I thought it was expensive. The scheduling was fine.

The only problem (whch has been addressed) was that measurement for the down spout was a little short. The installation was quick and well done.

Chris made sure that the he thoroughly explained all aspects of the work that was needed. I really appreciate his sincerity and honesty in assessing my roof. As a first time home owner, it is always good to have the services of such professionals at hand! There price was very fair and the work was done on time. Chris, Brian, Ms. Cindy and even the crew who did my roof explained and answered my questions with a smile! Everyone was very professional, helpful, and kind people who are not trying to swindle their customers. After the crew finished Brian emailed me before and after pictures of my roof, thing but smiles from me!! I will definitely refer Cox Roofing to anyone who has a roofing problem. Highly recommend this company. I had a very good experience. I used Cox Roofing because it is one division in a larger corporation and I have other repairs to be done and it will be easier to deal with the same group for all projects. Everyone I dealt with from sales to Cindy in the office were very friendly and answered all my questions along the way, even if I asked the same thing multiple times. I was told what to expect before, during and after the job. I was shocked at the number of guys on the crew to do my roof (duplex rancher). I had 9 guys to begin with and later in the afternoon a couple more showed up to begin all the clean-up of old material. I had a question about an area of boards that I thought might need to be replaced and it needed to be looked at from inside my attic. I asked one of the guys and he came right in with me, went up to the attic, looked at the area and went back out to speak to the foreman on the roof. That quick they decided to replace that board even though it looked alright from the outside. I also had some concrete work done. The guys were friendly and hard-working. As different projects come up around my home I will contact the company first to see if they have a division that can handle it.

I could not believe how quckily and professionally this job was handled. The guy from Cox roofing came to my job and picked up my keys and was back with them and pictures from the completed job by the time I got off. This wasn't a huge job but having it done in less than a day was far beyond my expectations. While replacing my roof the man noticed that my window frame was falling apart and he fixed that as well. Everybody I spoke with there from the girl in the office to the sales rep and even the guy who completed the work was helpful and courtesy and I would use them again heartbeat.

We had our estimate done on 3/14/15 and by 2 pm Wednesday 3/18/15 our new roof was finished. They arrived promptly in the morning and were very professional and efficient. They completely covered a back yard with a tarp and there was not one bit of mess left when they were finished with our roof. They took photos and documented every step of their work, so we received before, during and after photos of our roof with the final bill. The cost was almost $1000 lower than what we expected, which gives a head start on our next remodeling project, the kitchen. We will definitely be calling Cox to do our kitchen remodel as well. All of the employees we dealt with, Chris, the gentleman who did our estimate, the crew who came out to do the job and Cindy, who works in their office, were professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing or remodeling needs. They're awesome!

Went on vacation, came back to burst pipes and lots of water damage to my house. BLC construction handled the entire thing start to finish excellently. They were quick with their work, without sacrificing on quality at all. They worked with my insurance company for me to make the entire process easier and less stressful on my end. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. The area they renovated looks better than it ever did before. Ben Cox personally assisted me, and his service was exceptional. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs/renovation/construction done to their home.

BLC/Cox roofing did an excellent job. They showed up on time and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I haven't had any problems since, and would gladly recommend them. I really liked that they can handle construction and roofing projects so i was able to get everything done by them. I'll definitely be calling them again for any other improvements in the future!!
