+ -1 moreWorst service experience ever with any company. First repairman left without telling us and when we went to check we found he hadn't fixed the problem. That meant calling for another repair. That repairman never showed but claimed he did and there was no response - not possible, we have a dog who would have barked and we were here. Agent put in escalation order and requested a return, meaning we needed to wait at home another 3 hours. No one showed. So after 3 hours troubleshooting online and 7 hours waiting at home, problem remains and I am now asked to spend another 3 hours at home waiting for someone to show up tomorrow. DON'T USE COMCAST. Any alternative must be better.
