+ -1 moreI bought an HVAC system from Clifton in April 2013. I had them come out to give a bid in November on adding ductwork to an addition and getting a motor replaced on an outside unit. I was given a price on the ductwork. I called with questions on the price and to schedule the motor replacement. It took about 15 calls over three months to finally get a return call. I spent approximately $15,000 with this company in April 2013 and this is the level of customer appreciation and service I get. When I shared my frustration today with who I believe is the owner. All he had to say was that they have been extremely busy. I told him that a little communication goes a long way. I will never use this company again.
