Description of Work: Vendor provides semi-annual maintenance (twice a year) check up for our heating and air conditioning system. They're very good at sending a reminder to schedule check up service for the next season. Call early though...they're very popular and get booked up very quickly for this type of service.

Description of Work: Clean Air replaced our old HVAC system of about 21 years in a efficient, professional, and truly great manner. They came on time, did what we had contracted them to do, for a price much better then the competition. The salesman who came to the house was quite honest about what we needed, and actually talked us down as far as what we thought we needed, saving us a substantial amount of money. We would absolutely use them again, and recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone.
