CHRIS COOKE

The home I recently purchased was sold by a member of the Chris Cooke team. The selling agent came to the closing despite her client having already pre-signed all necessary forms. (Seller was not present) She was accompanied by a friend as they were apparently on their way to a social lunch. They were chatting the entire time about their own business and were distracting/unnecessary to the process. My greater frustration however was the Chris Cooke team's lack of responsiveness regarding removing their sign from my lawn after the sale. It has been 12 days since closing and the sign is still in my front yard. I called the Chris Cooke office phone number twice and left messages with still no response. I have now involved my agent and hope the matter will be resolved. But if this poor service is a sign of the overall company ethos I certainly would not recommend anyone using them as an agent.

He is very thorough. He is always on time for appointments. He also handles things even when I could not be there. Very dependable.
