Description of Work: Chaudron was contracted to re-silver my bathroom mirror. The people were so very friendly. The work was done beautifully. This place is definitely part of the charm in "Charm City."

+ -1 moreI did not have any problem but my only issue was that they took a little longer than what they had estimated earlier as the delivery guy was on a vacation. Other than that, they were good. Once the guy delivered it he placed it for me and left some extra materials for me. He also cleaned up. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I used Chaudron Glass recently a month ago. I bought a piece of cut glass for my table.

+ -1 moreThey were good and I had a positive experience with them. They were prompt, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a little overpriced but I think almost everybody would have charged too much. The quality was good.

+ -1 moreI called Chaudron several months ago to ask them to replace some windows that had been broken using old wavy glass (aka restoration glass). I described the job to them -- one window is on the 2nd floor, and the other two are on the ground floor behind window bars (normal in my neighborhood). The receptionist said she would call me back when they were in a position to do the work. I waited about a month, and then called them back. This time, the receptionist was impatient and gruff with me on the phone and told me sternly that I would have to wait until they could get to the job, and that they would call me at that point. It has not been at least 6 months and I have never heard back from them. Chaudron is recommended for restoration work on the BoltonHill.org website, but based on the experience I had with them I cannot recommend them.

+ -1 moreI needed the glass for a table cover and was trying to keep the cost down. I called many places in the Baltimore area, including those listed in Angie's List and received a large variety of quotes. Only two sources were appreciably lower than the others, and I chose Chaudron Glass. The lady taking my order was very helpful, explaining whatever I asked about the project. I asked if the glass would be available on a specific day since I would be in the neighborhood. She wasn't certain, but said I could call that morning and I would find out if it was ready. They called me that morning and said the glass was ready for pickup.
Description of Work: Cut a 36" round, 1/4" thick, piece of glass.
