Since there is no “10” on the overall rating scale, I’ll have to give that “10” to Corey and his assistant Frankie here in the comments section. They did a fantastic job on the rug installation. They had their work cut out for them, as they had to first remove a 30 year old rug that shedded like a dog. The new rug looks and feels wonderful. It was a pleasure to do business with Corey. I recommend him highly!

I had a flood in my basement I needed the carpet. Rest stretched and secured again to the baseboard and the baseboards repaired and replaced. I was very happy with the service that I received. It was fast complete and responded quickly to my needs Corey Gresdow, was courteous professional, and I would recommend him and his service to anyone with restoration needed.

Corey was wonderful!! He was very responsive to our initial request for help and answered all our questions. He offered us various ways of fixing the ripples in our carpet. When he came for the repair, he was personable and friendly. Best of all, he was able to pull our carpet and smooth out the ripples!! I highly recommend him!!

We’re presently selling our home s as and have been working hard to get ready for an open house. We have berber carpet throughout our home which shows signs of wear from over the years. When we contacted Corey he responded very promptly. We called him in June the 4th and he came to our home the very day. He provided us with a fair estimate along with professional advice on how he would perform the repair and replacement step-by-step. I could not be more pleased with the job that Carpet Correctors did on the entryway stairs in my home. Once the original carpet was pulled up, there were a few unexpected problems with the stairs but Matt and Amber were diligent in addressing them and making the necessary repairs. Carpet Correctors does high quality work and I will gladly use them for any of my flooring and carpeting needs. I highly recommend them!

Corey arrived right on time ready to fix a badly wrinkled carpet. We did a walk through, gave me an estimate and then he and his helper, Matt, worked magic to repair the carpet. We also talked about some other flooring work that I need done and he offered a cost effective way to accomplish that. Both Corey and Matt were personable and professional, completed everything pretty quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be any happier with the results! I would recommend them to anyone!

The project went very well. On Dec 13 we decided we had to replace 30 year old ripped shag stairway carpet before family come for the holidays. It is the first area you see when you enter. The installer who responded first never showed up. Another said they don't service my zip code. Corey responded promptly to request for quote and came on Dec 15 with samples. Corey fit us in on Dec 17 and installed the carpet in a couple of hours. He was very professional and masked the entire time. He used straight edges on the curved steps and left a break between the bottom step and the landing that make the new carpet stand out against the wood floor. Corey had extra material left to make future repairs. Rather than store it we decided to use it on a hallway floor. Corey returned a few days later with padding for it and a room size area rug we will put to use. Corey was careful and cleaned up after his work. We're very happy with the fast turnaround and cost for the project.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We have lived with wrinkles in our carpet for years and found Carpet Corrections as I was searching for a company to stretch the carpet. The entire process was so easy! Corey called me to schedule the consult the day I reached out; he arrived on time and provided an incredibly fair price for the work; and the work was completed on time. I am beyond thrilled with the results. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Corey was great from start to finish. He called right away to schedule a consultation. He arrived on time and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done that was fair, and was able to quickly schedule the work. It was a wonderful experience. Corey arrived on time for the estimate and had plenty of samples to choose from. He was great at explaining the differences. He was able to install the carpet in less than a week from the date of our first meeting (fortunately for us it was in his stock). He came with a helper and we were very impressed with their work. BTW, they did practice according to current health standards. Would definitely hire again and recommend highly.

While looking thru reviews on Angie’s List I was a little skeptical of this company because every single review was glowing. There is always someone who complains. Corey contacted me within 30 minutes and was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed thru the process and did an excellent job. I will highly recommend him to anyone needing carpet or flooring. Now I know why there were no bad reviews!

Cory was very professional. He supplied the carpet and vinyl for our master bedroom and all 3 bathrooms. We are VERY happy with everything he did for us. We will be using him again!
