Cabinets & Stone Direct

Everything went fine.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Project lasted from April thru July and still was unresolved. This company is very unprofessional. The cabinets are smaller than my original cabinets; replaced my 3-drawer with a 1-door and then charged me an additional $100.00 to get the 3-drawer back. Installed a larger cabinet over the stove that left little room between the stove and cabinet so the cabinet had to be removed and left holes in my other cabinets. I selected the countertop that I liked and they switched the countertop, a piece of less quality and flaws. After they installed the countertop I called and complained and the Agent came out to inspect and she said that she would contact the other company to have the issue corrected. WELL that never happened. She then said that the company would not be liable if they removed the countertop and damaged the cabinets. Well I was not giving them another 3600 for cabinets if they are damaged. In addition, the countertop was 1600. And because this "countertop" did not match my floor I had to have my floor replaced. The young lady that showed me the granite countertop and forwarded my selection to Cabinets Direct now WORKS for Cabinet Direct as the Agent's assistant. Picture that, hmmmm... There is soooo much more that I experienced with this company during this process that it would not be enough room to write it all. Please, do your research before going with this company. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

They are very friendly and professional. They removed my old cabinets and cleaned up the kitchen. They gave me a lot of professional advice on the maintenance of my new cabinets. Their service was amazing. They are very patient and handled any concerns I had very well. The cabinets are top quality. The colors match perfectly.
