There was additional cost of 300 on the plumbing labor. They had to come multiple times. They kind of struggled to fix my problem a bit. I basically had a leaky tap. My taps had gotten too old and they kind of seized up. I just thought the 300 dollars extra fee was pretty excessive because the actual taps they installed cost like 15,00 dollars. So I had already paid like 200 dollars for labor then they charged extra. The son was actually quite good. I thought the son was really agreeable and tried hard but the dad, the owner of the company was not so agreeable.

it went well overall. provider spent over an hour trying to buy the parts when I told him what parts i needed over email and phone. the job did not take that long and when I complained. got part of my money back. Honest provider, good service. pricing structure was just not so clear.

This guy is amazing. I called Gordon at 9pm on Sunday night, and even though we had no prior relationship he answered the phone and spent 20+ minutes talking me through a plumbing emergency. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He didn't make me feel like I was bothering him at all. He was so good that I didn't need to hire him for this particular job, but he will be the first person I call next time I need a plumber.

Gordon and his son, both master plumbers, did a fantastic job. Gordon was very responsive, making a tremendous effort to schedule a service call to my home despite a very busy schedule. They were very punctual and easy to work with. They completed the toilet installation in a very short period of time and checked the entire property (internal and external) for any water leaks. The toilet they installed was pretty nice and the price of the toilet and installation couldn't be beaten. It was a pleasure to work with him and I'll certainly use him again in the future for any and all plumbing needs.

They handled some complicated piping quickly and did a great job. Mr. Bull was also very helpful with advise on handling my water line for a new refrigerator instillation. My experience was so good I will call Bulls Plumbing for all future plumbing jobs. I have also been recommending them to friends and family.

I used an Angie's List deal for a new toilet install/replacement. The provider was professional and prompt. I would use them again.

Phenomenal service prompt friendly knowledgeable fair price. Could not recommend any higher. Great father and son business. We needed a part and they went to several hardware stores to find it. They were so helpful and accommodating Our disposal broke in the middle of cleaning up thanksgiving dinner clogging the drain so we could not do any dishes..they saved us We are very grateful

The two Gordons arrived on time, even calling on their way here. We had a list of 6 small items we needed to be done, and they did them efficiently and at a decent price. They explained everything to satisfaction and I would highly recommend them.

Emailed back and forth days before they were to show up. They never showed up or gave a reason why.

he came to put in the clawfoot tub shower fixture which took him longer than the 2 hours allotted. He had no problem with staying longer to complete the job. Fixture looks great. I cant wait to get in the shower to test it out.

Really fast response on a BigDeal (which is pretty rare.) Mr. Bull, the owner, responded at the arranged time. He brought the particular type of valves I requested and promptly installed them. No hassle, no production. Left the place clean and after I cleaned out the aerator screen on the faucet, everything worked as intended.

They showed up on time and fixed everything within 20 mins. They even cam back the next day when my husband for got to tell him about the the issues in our shower. They didn't try to oversell us on services we didn't need and told us what we may want to do in the future to make things run the way they should.

I called Bulls Plumbing and Heating with a clogged drain that I had finally gotten tired of. They were able to set up an appointment for the very next morning. They called before coming to confirm the appointment and time. Both Bulls came, as they were on their way to another job afterwards. They were very professional and drain was snaked without a hitch. I started some small talk during the job, and the son was very personable and friendly. The father seemed more of a get down to business guy. They're a good pair. Very efficient. Total time from the doorbell ringing to getting the receipt was less than 20 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent work. Gordon and his son quickly identified where the issue was (frozen water over the winder had split the pipe in three places) and fixed it. Very professional, quick and friendly. Would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!!

Gordon came out first and gave me a free estimate to perform the services as recommended by the inspection report of my home. He also told me things that were not there that should be taken care of and some things he agreed did not need to be done. He was very knowledgeable about the age of the home and what kind of plumbing and pipes were in the home due to its age. He also recommended that I not run a snake in the tub line because of the age of the home and what could happen could be a lot worse. I had to go to a job site and Gordon agreed to come earlier than we originally agreed. I appreciate his coming a few days earlier, and he had other appointments which made him a little late, but we communicated and that was okay for me. I would use him again. He and his son work as a team. There was a little dirt left on the floor in the basement due to some of the work they needed to do. One of my faucets was very old and he agreed to come back and take care of it when I am ready. Otherwise, everything was good and performed to satisfaction.

He was fantastic and very honest. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg and promising that he could do something he could not, he explained the situation to me and advised me of what to do.
