+ -1 moreQuoted me a price and then never showed up. Told me day after day he would be there and even lied one time and said he was there when he clearly wasn't. After about 4 days of this he came up with a excuse that he just wanted enough money to reimburse him for the material that he bought for my job which was 300.00 and that once I paid him he would get more material and finish the job. He never came back!
