 + 1 moreVery well! Last year we had BMW redo our kitchen. Previously, BMW had built our deck, and we were dazzled then at the spot-on precision of the work. While our kitchen is on the small side, there was still plenty to do - rewiring the electrical, changing over the plumbing, and re-configuring the cabinets and sinks. It was completed on time and with magnificence.

 + 4 moreThe "guest" bathroom went from 1950s styling to a bright, "beach-type" decor. Even the tile floor was overlaid with modern tile and major dust issues with the installation. The basement was dark with old floor tiles and 60 year old paneling. Now it's a center of activity with room for children's play area, section for family hobbies, and an entertainment area.

Description of Work: Over the years Ben Zion Weiss has done dozens of jobs for us. They ranged from: o Rebuilding our kitchen with new walls, ceiling, counters, marble counters, light fixtures, cabinets, etc., o Repairing (rain) water leaks in walls, o Installing ceiling light fixtures, o Removing a cast iron bathtub and installing a new whirlpool tub, o Remodeling our entire (club and utility room) basement (removing all walls and installing new walls, doors, etc.), o Building a new all-year-round permanent 20 foot by 16 foot sukkah, o Installing window air conditioners, o Repairing and upgrading plumbing lines/fixtures/etc.; o Installing exterior lighting, o Installing new wrought iron railings and associated concrete work, o and so on. Workman is ALWAYS superb, timeliness is what is expected, costing is always cost-effective, advice on alternatives is valued, and absolute trustworthiness. We are and have been happy to recommend Ben Zion to tackle any size job (from a multi-man task that would take days to complete, to something which can be handled in a non-time-critical way).
