Everything went very well. Nick was very punctual on time. We went upstairs and showed him the problem. He immediately went to the breaker box in the basement and checked it out. He showed me that a fuse was the problem and I could smell it had a burning odor and hear crackling. He explained everything in detail and taught me alot. He said my aluminum wiring can heat up and contract and expand causing a problem with the breaker and sparking. It had to be replaced, but he didn't have the right breaker with him. So he went to the store to get another one and replaced it all within the 1 hour deal I paid for. He actually finished early and took a few minutes to check out the outlets in the room and told me they were copper wires. He also told me about newer outlet types specifically for aluminum wires for safety. I learned alot. He was very helpful and if I need an electrician again, I will call them. The deal was $128.00 for the hour and I paid for the breaker in addition.

When I called they were friendly and helpful and fitted my problem in, even though this is a busy time of the year for them and my problem was minor. Gary fixed the bell and was professional and quick. Thank you

I wasn't here when he came, my niece was. We had a problem with the washing machine outlet. He fixed that problem and the washing machine. He went above and beyond. She didn't get his name though. He treated her great and she felt comfortable with him and I was happy about that.

I needed a light replaced in my foyer. I called Bay State Electric to see if they had anyone available. Barry was able to get someone out to my house the following day. Their rates were less than most companies I called and they showed up on time. The service guy was polite and cleaned up his mess. They will be my new electrician .

The experience couldn't have been any better. They included everything in their price and it truly was a turn key package. They even got me signed up with a propane distributor who comes once a month to make sure I never run out of fuel. They did such a great job I even had them install a few recessed lights in my living room while they were here. I highly recommend them for any electrical work you need done!
