Description of Work: I paid $40 for a "Big Deal." The company did not perform the service and as far as I can tell, never tried to contact me. I sent several e-mails to suggest when they might inspect and received no response. In my last, I suggested that they should return my money. I got no response at all. They should not be on Angie's List. Judging by some of the responses from people for whom they did work, I may be fortunate that they didn't call or respond to my e-mails.

+ -1 moreI had a few problems, and they just came right out and took care of them. They were wonderful, they've taken really good care of me. They even put an extension outside to get it away from the bottom of the house at no charge.
