BancTec received the part which was confirmed by the shipping company, they told the manufacturer they called us and no one answered. So you only call once?? But if they had actually called on the day in question someone would have answered or the machine would have picked up, since we were home the entire day and night. And on the machine is my cell number so they could have called that OR they could have left a message, and yes we have call waiting so if someone was on the phone we would have gotten the call and if they called another day during the week they also would have gotten the answering machine and I work from home so I'm home 99% of the time anyway. They didn't call, they got a free part and there is nothing I can do about it! Horrible experience.
Description of Work: Company hired by the manufacturer of my computer to service our laptop that was under warranty. The manufacturer said part would be shipped to them and they would call us within 2 business days to schedule. The call never happened. Computer still not repaired almost a month later and now in order to get it repaired we must send it back to the manufacturer.
