He did a great job, he vacuumed first, then steam cleaned. Did a fine job. Worked hard. There is a reason they have been named top company 2 years in a row by Baltimore magazine. Not only did Tim do a great job, he showed personal interest in my wellbeing and went above and beyond for me. I am very pleased.

They did quite well. I thought they were a bit more expensive than I would have liked - one room was bigger than they had envisioned from the description when we did the estimate. They did a decent job, though. I might use them again if I had a need, but I'd shop around more to find something a little less expensive, probably.

They were very good. I had my carpet cleaned about a year before and they had not been able to get the stains out. He was able to get the stains out. I called him and he was able to get me right on schedule. He came out and he was very professional. It didn't take him a long time. It was really good and it dry easily. He really did a good job. I really like this company.

Fantastic. they were able to be scheduled with short notice. they were willing and able to add a room at last minute notice. it's a 4 story home in canton and they had equipment that could reach all the floors. worked quickly, made the carpet look new. Cleaning the carpet ended up bringing out an old stain in one room that we couldn't see before they began. they came back again, and the same thing happened. the stain went away and then when the carpet dried it came back. they came back a third time with a "browning" product and fans to make sure it worked. They never complained or argued with us, just worked through it until there were good results. there was a paint stain on the carpet that they did remove on the first try which is why we had the carpet cleaned to begin with. I was very happy with the process. Thanks!

I called Baltimore Steam Cleaners for a "same day" cleaning, since I had cleared out most of the furniture in the room and was expecting a delivery of new furniture the next morning. I was very happy that the owner was able to come and do the work only a couple of hours after I spoke with him. I had tried to use a cleaning machine rented from the local grocery store, and managed to make the carpet look worse. It was clear that I needed the help of a pro, and I'm happy to say that BSC was able to reverse my disaster and make the carpet look great. He used a truck mounted cleaning system, and it took about an hour. The carpet was damp when he finished, but after 24 hours is pretty much dried. It looks even better now. I would definitely put this company high on my list for future cleaning needs.

We had a number of old stains from pets that had not come out from prior attempts, but BSC made all pretty much disappear. We even had a spot on a rug that had been there for years and they took care of that, too. Highly, highly recommended - punctual, professional, a pleasure to work with, and they will be back.

Great Job! My carpets are 15 years old. The really dirty steps to the lower level, after cleaned, look almost new. And the rest of the carpets he cleaned do look new. Tim used real steam and the carpets smell clean, no chemical smell. I used another so called steam cleaner (large company) in the past and there is no comparison. The job they did was, at best , fair. This job was 100% better. I definitely will have BSC back again.

Tim returned my call and picked up the rug on the day I first called for information. The rug came back beautifully clean, with an assurance that it had been steamed on both sides at 230 degrees, which would kill any bugs which may have been living in it. This was an important consideration for us. Other rug cleaners could only offer detergent and cold water cleaning. The rug was returned on the day we requested only 2 days after we made the request. The service was extremely pleasant and professional, and the pricing in line with other quotes. I cannot say enough good things about Tim and Dan, and Baltimore Steam Cleaners. I now recommend them to all my friends.

From the initial call, and follow through, on time. Dan, brother of the owner, was very personable, and professional.

Tim and Dan arrived at the agreed time and did a walk through reviewing the rooms confirming with me what I wanted done. When the final estimate was lower than we discussed on the phone, I requested they look at carpet in an upstairs bedroom and hall. I was very pleased that they were able to add these on to the job. The total job was only $15 more than my phone estimate after the addition of the bedroom and hall. The wool area rugs are on hardwood floor and Tim moved these onto a larger carpeted area to complete the cleaning in order to protect the hardwood floors. I greatly appreciated this extra thoughtfulness. The carpets look great. There were some stains in one room that were a couple of years old (spilled soda the grandchildren didn't clean up well) and all of these came out. All of my furniture was moved carefully and they used protectors on furniture legs/feet. While the service and performance overall were excellent, the most important thing for me was Tim and Dan's ability to accomodate my allergy needs. I need a cleaning process with no or little chemical smells. Their base chemicals are very eco and friendly and while not specifically hypo-allergenic had very little smell. They excluded the perfumed carpet deodorizer and it's worked out very well. I will definitely call them again.

In 2006 we moved into a house with 12 year old carpeting in three bedrooms. Each year or so we'd try a different method of professional carpet cleaning - some worked better than others, but none were able to completely remove the old stains. In addition, the new carpet we bought for the rest of the house had gotten stains from stick pets and occasional spills, and the other methods we tried had only mediocre success. Last year we called Baltimore Steam Cleaners. They were a pleasure to work with, returning calls promptly, answering all my questions, explaining how their method was different and what they could do. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week, and they arrived promptly. They moved furniture carefully and used plastic to protect it when they moved it back. They did an impressive job; all of the carpet looked great, the stains were out and there was no chemical smell or sticky residue. The price was even less than they'd estimated it would be. I was amazed. When one of the oldest stains started to reappear several weeks later, Tim and Dan returned the very next day to retreated it, and it's never come back again. We were very pleased with the outstanding job they did. I had them back for the second time on October 7, and the carpet looks spotless. I really like Tim and Dan, they do a fanstastic job. It's nice to support a local, family owned business, and this is one I can recommend without reservation.

The carpet cleaning was performed by two brothers, one of whom is the owner. As promised, the carpets were dry in about 1 hour. All the stains from my dogs were removed thoroughly from my light colored carpeting. They were punctual, called the day of the appointment to confirm, were professional and friendly and made sure I was satisfied before they left.
