Chris was on time ,very personable, and knowledgeable. I was a little concerned that he did not wear a mask before entering my home. Not sure if this was intentional or that he just forgot. This virus is still taking lives daily. I hope he’s better prepared and cognizant of the need to wear the mask for protection of his customers.

Knowledgeable, personable, was able to give us some very good pointers on energy savings and possible problem areas. His knowledge of systems functions were very good. Quick getting an appointment date, great at the followup. Easy to talk to. We were emailed a detailed report before leaving! We would have given a 5 star rating if he had walked the roof (it was a particular point I asked for when I contracted this Co.) but since it had rained prior, it was deemed a bit unsafe. Also, we would have preferred he waited for us to arrive before beginning inspection, as he arrived about a half hour early (although some people may like the prearrival time). In all, it was a good working relationship and we would definitely recommend.

Chris was a great at what he did and was very personable. Responsive and responsible, he did a pretty thorough job and detected big and small problems. I'd have given him a 5 stars if he had gotten onto the roof instead of using a camera. But from the pictures he took that seemed adequate. I found him cordial and trustworthy.
